2. What data we collect
We only collect data you give us yourself, plus technical data gathered automatically as you use the site.
Contact form
When you fill in the form you provide your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Direct contact
If you e-mail or call us, we process the data contained in that correspondence and your phone number.
Technical data
While you browse the site, data such as your IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the visit and the pages viewed are recorded automatically. Details about cookies are set out in a separate document: Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer or quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries).
- Concluding and performing a contract for a fireworks display — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Direct marketing — commercial information by SMS/e-mail and contact by telephone — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. the consent you give in the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Complying with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting duties — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Website statistics and traffic analysis — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, based on the consent given in the cookie banner.
4. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that did not result in a contract — up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Data relating to a concluded contract — for the duration of its performance and then until the limitation period for claims expires.
- Accounting records — 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose.
- Data processed on the basis of consent — until that consent is withdrawn.
- Statistical data — in line with the retention periods described in the Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data may be entrusted to parties supporting our business, strictly to the extent needed to provide their services:
- hosting and e-mail providers,
- analytics providers — Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), after you give consent,
- video player provider — Google Ireland Limited (YouTube), after you give consent,
- our accountants and legal advisers,
- subcontractors delivering displays, where necessary to perform the contract.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Using Google services may involve transferring data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Google states that it applies Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and participates in the Data Privacy Framework, which provides the basis for such transfers.
7. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify inaccurate data or complete incomplete data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Automated decision-making
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
